Virtual Appointments

Dr. DeBord offers personal appointments by phone, in person, by skype, or email exchange. The fee for such appointments is based on time. The first consultation (email exchange) describing your concerns is no charge. Together you and Dr. DeBord can discuss what may be needed. The fees are roughly $125 per hour (portions of an hour are allowable). Payment can be in pre-arranged through paypal. Paypal accepts credit cards.

After the first consult, a plan will be developed with you and you will return to this page to complete the payment prior to the delivery of full servcices.
